At OvenLabs, we believe in transparency, fairness, and providing Scientific Certainty in every transaction. We recognize that adopting probabilistic risk workflows is an evolutionary journey for most teams. To support this transition, we have designed a clear Refund and Cancellation Policy that respects both our cloud platform resources and our expert consulting commitments.

1. Faina Platform (SaaS Subscriptions)

Our subscription plans (Free, Premium, and Business) are designed to fit the analytical maturity of any team.

  • Evaluation (Free Plan):

We highly encourage users to explore Faina using our Free plan (which includes 1 user, 1 project, 2 models, and up to 10 simulations/month at 100 iterations per simulation) before committing to a paid plan.

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Premium or Business) and find that the software does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date.

Eligibility Requirement: To qualify for a refund, your account must not have executed more than two (2) Monte Carlo simulations in the current billing cycle.

  • Renewals and Cancellations:

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing portal or by contacting info@ovenlabs.net. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point no further charges will be made, and your account will downgrade to the Free plan.

2. Consulting and Support hour Packages

Additional monthly consulting hour packages (Packages of 10, 20, and 30 hours) are offered as add-ons to accelerate complex risk model auditing and API integrations.

  • Executed Hours:

Hours of consulting, model auditing, or custom development already delivered or executed by OvenLabs LLC engineers are completely non-refundable.

  • Use-It-or-Lose-It Policy:

To maintain high-quality service and resource planning, included support hours in hybrid plans or monthly add-on packages do not roll over to the following month. No partial refunds are issued for hours left unused by the Client at the end of the billing cycle.

3. Specialized @RISK Training Bootcamps & Fixed-Price Projects

Standardized training bootcamps and custom, closed-scope consulting projects (the “Classic Approach”) are governed by the terms specified in their respective formal agreements.

In-Person Training Cancellation (e.g., 16-hour CAPEX & SRA Bootcamp):

  • Clients may reschedule an in-person training session without penalty by providing at least ten (10) calendar days’ written notice.
  • If the Client cancels or requests a unilateral rescheduling less than ten (10) days before the scheduled start date, the initial 50% deposit of the training fee shall be non-refundable to cover instructor booking, preparation, and administrative costs.
  • Any non-refundable travel expenses (flights, hotel reservations) already incurred by OvenLabs LLC or our instructors will be billed directly to the Client.

Remote Training Cancellation

Cancellations or rescheduling requests for remote training sessions made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a 20% administrative fee.

4. Refund Claim Procedure

To file a refund request, please send an email to info@ovenlabs.net with the subject line “Refund Request - [Your Company or Account Name]”. Include your transaction ID, account details, and a brief description of the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five (5) business days.
